We have been delighted to work with Sodexo on a range of assignments to support the development and implementation of their global D&I strategy. This included running a one year reciprocal mentoring programme for members of their European Executive Team.
‘I highly recommend Jacey and Lesley, who have managed our reciprocal mentoring in Europe. They have an understanding of the issues globally and are terrific partners with excellent follow through.’
In recent years we have worked with Thomson Reuters on a range of innovative assignments in various parts of their global business, including:
• Reverse Mentoring and Unconscious Bias programmes for Senior Leaders across Thomson Reuters
• Core D&I E Learning and Management Development programmes
• Supporting the development of the Markets UK & Ireland Diversity Council
• Internal Research and external benchmarking to support strategy development
'Thomson Reuters has really benefited from working with Brook Graham. Lesley and Jacey are a pleasure to work with, and have brought deep expertise combined with a practical, creative approach and great knowledge of industry best practice. They have significantly helped us accelerate our progress on Diversity and Inclusion and enabled us to make real progress in moving from awareness to tangible actions.'
For Standard Chartered Bank we designed and ran a series of Women’s Leadership Programmes for high potential women in their business in the UK, Middle East, Africa and South Korea, in support of their D&I strategy.
‘The development programmes led by Brook Graham were extremely successful and well-received, with 100% of attendees across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Korea reporting that they’d recommend the programme to their colleagues.’
For Vodafone we designed and facilitated a series of Focus Groups across several parts of their organisation, to help them explore how different groups of employees experienced the organisational culture.
‘In Vodafone's experience the Brook Graham team has an ability to work with people in under-represented groups so that they open up and talk freely about the barriers they face in terms of inclusion and career progression. We were able to use their research with our senior executives in order to bring to life some of these issues.’
We have worked in close partnership with Royal Dutch Shell’s Global D&I Practice on a number of projects. Recently this included helping them to redesign a core development programme for women, and then co-design and facilitate a ‘Train the Trainer’ approach to delivery.
'The feedback on Brook Graham’s facilitation and experience was very strong and very good. A big thank you! ‘
For Channel 4 we have developed a new programme ‘I’m not who you think I am’, exploring the topic of unconscious bias, and launched a year-long reciprocal mentoring programme with leaders from the Marketing and Communications part of the business.
'Working with Brook Graham has been inspiring on a number of levels, personally and professionally. Jacey and Lesley are incredibly talented in delivering real impact for businesses in a simple and cost effective way. Through the work we are doing with Brook Graham C4 will have increased its footprint across Talent, Diversity and Leadership, which I am incredibly grateful for.‘
RBS Global Banking and Markets division commissioned us to design and deliver a comprehensive D&I audit of their global graduate resourcing process.
‘We asked Brook Graham to carry out a comprehensive diversity review of our graduate resourcing strategy and processes. They brought in best practice expertise in talent management and diversity to produce a comprehensive report and
recommendations which we’re now taking forward into our wider Diversity and Inclusion action plan’.
We also facilitated a strategy session with RBS Focused Women’s Network leadership team.
‘Jacey’s insight and experience of working with corporate women’s networks was invaluable. She helped us develop a set of business-led recommendations to take Focused Women to the next level, all of which have been endorsed by our Executive Sponsor.
