We have been delighted to work with Sodexo on a range of assignments to support the development and implementation of their global D&I strategy. This included running a one year reciprocal mentoring programme for members of their European Executive Team.

Standard Chartered
For Standard Chartered Bank we designed and ran a series of Women’s Leadership Programmes for high potential women in their business in the UK, Middle East, Africa and South Korea, in support of their D&I strategy.

For Vodafone we designed and facilitated a series of Focus Groups across several parts of their organisation, to help them explore how different groups of employees experienced the organisational culture.

We have worked in close partnership with Royal Dutch Shell’s Global D&I Practice on a number of projects. Recently this included helping them to redesign a core development programme for women, and then co-design and facilitate a ‘Train the Trainer’ approach to delivery.

Channel 4 Television
For Channel 4 we have developed a new programme ‘I’m not who you think I am’, exploring the topic of unconscious bias, and launched a year-long reciprocal mentoring programme with leaders from the Marketing and Communications part of the business.

RBS Global Banking and Markets division commissioned us to design and deliver a comprehensive D&I audit of their global graduate resourcing process.
